Your headache is bad enough.
Your app shouldn't make it worse.

39 million Americans get migraines. Doctors tell you to keep a diary. But every headache app is so bloated with weather tracking, food logs, and medication cross-references that it's easier to just scribble on a Post-it note.

When you're mid-migraine, you shouldn't need to navigate 12 screens and fill out 50 fields. You need to log a number and go lie down in a dark room.

Slide your intensity. Tap where it hurts. Add a note if you want. That's the whole app. Because when your head is splitting, you shouldn't need a tutorial to prove it.

You already have a headache. Why is your app giving you another one?

Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost?
$4.99 one-time purchase. No subscriptions, no in-app purchases, no ads. Pay once, use it forever. Every feature is included from day one.
What do you actually log?
A headache intensity from 0-10 using a simple slider, a location on your head from 8 options (forehead, temples, behind eyes, top of head, back of head, one side, neck, all over), and an optional note. That's it.
Is this good for migraines?
Yes. Whether it's tension headaches, migraines, cluster headaches, or anything else, it works the same. Log the intensity, location, and any notes about triggers or symptoms. Your doctor gets the full picture.
Can I export for my doctor?
Yes. One tap generates a clean, doctor-ready PDF with all your readings, intensity levels, locations, and trends. No paywall, no premium tier. It's included.
Is my data private?
Your data is stored on your device and in your personal iCloud account. We never see it, store it, or send it to third-party servers.
What about tracking triggers like food or weather?
We deliberately don't include that. Most people abandon headache diaries because they're too complex. Use the notes field if you want to jot down a trigger. But the core logging stays fast and simple.
What devices does it work on?
iPhone, iPad, and Apple Watch. Requires iOS 17 or later, which supports iPhones and iPads from 2018 onwards.
Other apps: $60-120/year
$4.99
Lifetime Access.
